Activity counts

On the Cloudflare deployment, the site records daily aggregate page views for two areas: professional pages and sports analysis. These are not unique visitor counts. No analytics identifiers, browsing profiles, query strings, referrers or raw IP addresses are stored by the application.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable application tracking. There are no visitor analytics cookies. Hosting providers may maintain their own security and access logs under their policies.

Feedback

Sports hub feedback is emailed privately to carter.flayhart@gmail.com through the configured email provider. Include only information you want to send to Carter; your optional email is used to reply. Messages are not posted publicly or stored in the analytics database.

Abuse prevention & owner login

To limit spam, the application retains daily request counters keyed by a rotating, secret-signed hash of an IP address, not the raw address. Old counters are removed on later requests. GitHub sign-in is used only for Carter’s private dashboard. Owner cookies are secure and HTTP-only; the session lasts eight hours. The owner’s activity-exclusion cookie can persist for one year.
